After a rather unfortunate event that left our dog locked in our car and no keys to drive with even after the vehicle was unlocked, Capital Auto Locksmith really came through for us in a dire situation. Answered phone call first time (never heard back from locksmiths I left message with). He was there as he said and communicated with us all along the way. He had residential door unlocked within minutes and was extremely professional. This was on a Saturday and his price was very reasonable. I called many locksmiths, but needed one fairly quickly, and most were not available. I tried all the ones in Yelp, then went to Google. I found Capital Auto Lock and he quoted me a price over the phone to open my car that held my keys captive. He told me when he'd be here, and he was right on time. He opened the car surprisingly quickly with no damage to the car and I was on my way. He takes credit cards, which is great since I had no cash on me. In all, it was less than an hour from my call to having my car unlocked. Thanks! What more can you ask for?

I called to have all my doors and deadbolts rekeyed because our home has been rented out for the past few years. Mr. Craig was just finishing up a job in Montgomery and was here in 15 minutes! I was calling to just get an estimate, which was less expensive than anywhere else, and he came right over! I am more than pleased with this company and their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely impressed! I needed a whole house rekeyed and so I saw the great reviews and received a quote from Anytime Lock and Key and chose them. Their service call fee was the $20 cheaper and he did not charge me twice for rekeying all of my double lock deadbolts (like the competitors). He worked on each and every lock (12 in total) and insured that everything worked smoothly. This is the type of professional work that will allow me to recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Get a quote from someone else and then get great service and a great price here!

Anytime is the BEST! They answered the phone, first of all. Secondly, the response time was under 20 minutes! Greg Singleton came right out and got the door open for my elderly parents when they were locked out of the house. Honest, trustworthy businessman. So glad we found this business. They broke my door handle and made me pay $60 for openning up the car.They made me drive 45 miles back to get it fixed. When I came in, they said to come back later. They just gave me it to fix it on my own. The boss was rude and was accusing me of lying. Trust me move on or your door handle will be left out broken! Worst place that I have ever delt with.

He arrived quickly and kept us updated on where he was. It only took him a total of 5 minutes to unlock the car door and remove his tooland there was no damage to the car. He didn't seem inconvenienced even though it was a late call. Would definately recommended them if you ever get locked out.

Not only did I have to have a new key made for my car but I had to get a new keyless entry key fob as well. The team at Lock Doctor not only ordered everything but was able to program the fob to my pusg button start when nobody else could. The team is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Not to mention I saved over $30 and a hour drive by going to them instead of the dealership.

I first contacted the lock doctor about my late husband's safe. It has been a bad time in my life and I needed it opened. He came to my house. He was very kind about my situation as well, as my husband recently passed. He helped me open the safe without damaging the safe. I found all kinds of memorabilia that my late husband left, he even had some keepsakes from our 20 years together. The Lock doc was very prompt, professional, caring and affordable. His service was priceless to me. I would never use anyone else! I wish I could give the staff 6 stars instead of 5!

Andy was a life saver! After determining that the key could not be extracted, Andy went out his way to search his shop for a rare lock replacement, found one, called to let me know, drove back, and installed the replacement in a matter of minutes. Business opens at 8:30. I sat outside waiting for it to open from 8 until 8:45. Called at 8:45 since nobody had showed up. Owner said they open at 8:30 but nobody would be there till later. I would not recommend doing business with people who don't care to show up on time and who don't care if they waste your time or not.

I just used Action Locksmith Service and Kenneth was AWESOME!!! He was SO professional and he came out super fast even though it wasn't an emergency-type call. He did EXCELLENT work and did it VERY quickly and made sure everything worked perfectly!! He also made sure we had plenty of spare keys!! He even widened one of the holes to assure we didn't break our keys trying to get in and out and gave my Grandmother an extra large key for easier grip (SO thoughtful!!!). He had told us that we didn't have to change every doorknob and deadbolt, but that we could just "rekey" them, which I'm not a key aficionado, so I didn't know about which really cut the cost down. I don't think a lot of other places would have done that. I programmed their number in my phone in case I need a locksmith again, I will DEFINITELY be using Action Locksmith Service!!! Thanks so much again, Kenneth!!! :-)

I've actually used this service twice in the past few years, didn't remember until I saw the driver was the same person. She seems happy to help, smiling and whistling. She said she'd be here in 15 minutes. She was here in 15 minutes. She took cash OR card, not used to that. She even quoted me a price cheaper than 2 other competitors. Fast, friendly, even competitive pricing. 24 hour service too I believe. Go with action! They're better than the ones with all the advertisements who were understaffed and overpriced! Cause the other 2 never called back, I waited 45 minutes before finding action locksmith who took 15, just awesome.

I hired furlong to monitor existing equipment in my home. Since hiring them I’ve had nothing but trouble with the system. They came out to the property to replace two wireless motion detectors and charged me 380.00 he was on the property all of 10 miniute and left. After researching the cost of the motion detectors I was shocked to find out they can be bought for 20.00 each. I feel like I was robbed.

Beware of the poorly written and/or deceptive ‘contract’ that you have to sign even if they do not install alarm equipment for you (the ADT equipment was already in the home we purchased and the previous residents were existing Furlongs customers). Even though they hand wrote ‘monitoring of existing customer‘ on the contract, they claim the fine print states we signed a 6 year contract (written as 2 consecutive 3 year terms). Furthermore, they claim you have a short two month window to cancel at the end of the six year term or you automatically ‘renew’ into an additional 3 year contract. We thought they were a wonderful company until we cancelled our home phone service and attempted to cancel the monitoring service.
Also, when I posted this review on Facebook, the company bantered back and forth with me, then turned off all reviews on their page to get rid of my comments.

It's not so often that you meet such a nice locksmith that you go and write a review for him, I came in stresses out because I broke my key in my car door. They came quicker then they said, did EVERYTHING on the spot ( they have a mobile work shop in their van) and were nice and professional. I truly recommend them.

Maybe I got lucky, but I locked the keys in my 2015 Subaru Outback. I was panicking. I called Angel Locksmith, and was connected to a polite gentleman right away. He drove to my rural address within 20 minutes, made the job look easy as he get my door open in about 10 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! I give the highest rating possible!!

Very professional and the best choice for a locksmith in the Wetumpka area. Our locksmith Britt has always been professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of our time and property. He changed the locks on the doors and had us multiple new keys in no time and he did all work right on site from his van. The prices are very competitive and really a bargain if you consider the level of service you are receiving in return.

0 Star. Wanted to charge $175+ for non-chipped key for older model vehicle. Dealer wanted $55. Even questioned year of vehicle as if owner didn't know the correct year of vehicle. Gentleman seemed impatient trying to take down info on phone. Returned call promptly but was short with customer. Not very warm or inviting. Sounded like eating and ruining lunch. Sorry for interruption.
